Launcher Component for File Objects

1 Initial Problem

Files are automatically opened or downloaded by clicking on the title. In order to provide users with more information before downloading, the new launcher component can optionally be used on a new "content" tab for files.

2 Conceptual Summary

The existing FR File: direct download can be prevented to open info tab first is to be adapted so that after activating this setting, clicking on the title does not open the info tab of the file, but the new content tab inclunding the launcher component.

The Page Editor of this page can be opened via the button "customize page" on top.

The Launcher element is automatically positioned at the buttom of the page, directly below the customised page. However, one can insert the Launcher into the page content by using the corresponding element in the page editor.
