News items do not support tagging.
2 Conceptual Summary
Users should be able to set tags when posting a news item. It should be possible to tag automatically created news items as well. Selecting a tag on a news entry should act as a filter for the news/timeline.

4 Technical Information
- Should the "Show Tags of All Users" setting in the administration work accordingly?
- This should also affect the Personal Desktop > My Tags > View Tag Resources screen. On this screen we would need to link to the corresponding repo object.
- Biggest issue will be the TagInputGUI, since it would require the form being migrated to the new form service. This would also mean to implement a TinyMCE like input field there. I currently would not like offer this.
