The object type Content Page is delivering the requested functionality. It has been introduced to ILIAS with version 5.4.
1 Description
A simple content object should be offered in categories, courses and groups. It could be used one page content object without any structure / hierarchy (like a one page learning module but much slimmer).

- use the page editor with all supported elements to add and layout content (incl. stylesheets)
- have a goto link to link to it
- create a news entry (unless not desired by the author)
- have the permissions view, read, copy, edit, delete, edit permissions
- add comments and tags

Is this meant as an development of the text-media editor? I am asking because i shortely missed the possibility to give rights for editing the media-editor without giving general course- or category-rights.
Jour Fixe, 01 August 2011: We highly appreciate this feature. We discussed if it is possible to deduce this object from an existing one (learning module) and how the relation to blogs would be.
